EVENING YIN YOGA & MEDITATION ON ZOOM

YIN YOGA is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time, three to five minutes per pose. Yin yoga postures apply moderate stress to the connective tissues the tendons, fascia and ligaments increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

This is a more meditative approach to yoga as yin aims at cultivating awareness of one's inner silence. This class is 45 min live Zoom practice - your dose of positivity, movement, and mindfulness to jumpstart the morning. We begin with a grounding affirmation and breath-work to set the tone, followed up by our yin poses.

* Tuesday & Thursday at 6:00 PM EST

* Your comfy home + Zoom + perfect setup

* All levels are welcome. Your video can be on or off - totally your call.

This class is $11 (plus tax) - Pay at registration.

HOW IT WORKS:

1- Download Zoom

2- Sign up on the schedule page (on this page)

3- Get you link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 min before class start)

4- You'll be admitted from the "waiting room" at the time of class.

5- Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins.

6- Ensure to Bring block and boaster or books and pillow with you.
