PRIVATE GUIDED MEDITATION - BREATHWORK - SOMATIC MOVEMENTS

Take a mental break and center yourself.

Our brain is like any other muscle that requires exercise daily to strengthening; witnessing the process of our mind while remaining still can be challenging. This session will focus on understanding the mind better and create a sustainable practice that works for you.

For those who are looking for a support system to help them transition to healthier habits and mindset. We will walk through the mental blocks you may have to help you stay on your personal goals and journey.

POLICY:
All major credit cards are accepted as forms of payment. Payment is due upon booking. You will receive a reminder 24 hours prior to your schedule time. If you are unable to commit to your session, please reschedule for a later time or cancel for a full refund within 24 hours.
In case of same-day urgency (within 12 hours), please give me a call 3-5 hours prior your session to avoid any cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 hours or less prior to session, you will be charged the full amount.
No show/No call will be charged full amount.
Please do not bring any children or pets to your appointment. Non-refundable cancellation will be required otherwise.
Please do bring your own mat, blocks, towel and water.
